To order:

Orders placed before 15:00 will be delivered to cargo within 24 hours. Confirmation will be created when order is ready and Tracking and tracking links will be sent by Email.

Returns:

If you do not like the product completely, you can return it to us within 30 days.

You can send an e-mail for a return ticket, a link is provided for the ticket.

Return costs are at your own expense.

The money will then be returned to your account within 5-10 business days.

The product can be exchanged.

Return policy

Items may only be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, with full accessories/parts and in its original packaging. Unpacked products (such as games, batteries and hygienically sensitive products) cannot be returned. Products containing foodstuffs cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons. If an item is damaged or defective, we request that you notify us immediately so that we can find a solution with you.

When returning an order, be sure to include the packing slip and/or the return form (otherwise your return will not be processed).

Always ask for and retain proof of shipment in case the package is accidentally lost.

If we have received the item intact, you will receive a confirmation by email and the order amount (if any) will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
